# Operational Costs

For any organization to last, it's critical that it has funds for operational costs. Therefore, operating costs will need to be provided to maintain and run the **AthleteHero** fitness platform and ecosystem.

**AthleteHero** will acquire operational costs through various methods so as not to rely on only one source of funds.

These sources include and are not limited to:

* Initial minting of NFTs
* Secondary sales of NFTs
* Minting of metaverse wearables
* Race registration sales on Racer SignUp Inc.'s race registration platform
* Ad revenue from LogThatRun.com's fitness sites
* Sponsorships and partnerships
